Its here!

...and I picked it up last night...and its SO cool and SO frustrating!!! Takes the whole concept of rubbing your stomach while patting your head to a whole new level. And if I hadn't already had this issue, and overcome it, with the spindle I would be ready to throw in the towel and return it.

Fortunately, the kids love treadling the wheel for me. I can focus on getting the feel for drafting the fiber while they keep the wheel going steadily for me. In time, I'll get both parts going at once. Already I'm amazed at how fast it is!!!

So I really want to be at home playing with my wheel. But I'm stuck here editing a very very boring article (18 pages!) and hoping everyone just leaves me alone. Must be my introvert at work.
